Privacy policy

SocraNext processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself. We process among other things:

• First and last name
• Internet browser and device type
• Bank account number
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Address details
• Phone number
• Email address
• Other personal data actively provided (e.g. profile, correspondence, by phone)
• Location data
• Data about activities on our website
• Browsing behaviour data (cookies, advertising networks)
• Contact lists via apps
• Google account data you connect yourself (email of the linked Google account)
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data you share via OAuth (see below)

If you connect Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Google Search Console in the SocraNext platform, we only request read access via Google OAuth. We use the scopes analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly, plus basic identity (email / OpenID) to recognise the linked account.

Which data we retrieve:

• List of GA4 properties and Search Console sites you have access to, so you can choose what to connect
• Read-only performance metrics from GA4 (e.g. traffic and engagement) for the property you choose
• Read-only search performance data from Search Console (e.g. queries and clicks) for the site you choose
• The email address of the Google account you use to make the connection

What we use this data for: solely to feed your SocraNext dashboard and AI content agent with performance insights about your own website(s), so we can show content recommendations and reports within your account. We do not write to Analytics or Search Console, change settings, or manage users.

Sharing and Limited Use: we do not sell or rent these Google user data. We do not use them for third-party advertising or to train third-party AI/ML models. Access is limited to systems and staff who must deliver the service for your account. This aligns with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Retention and revocation: we keep tokens and linked property/site choices for as long as the connection is active and as needed for the service. You can disconnect at any time in the SocraNext platform (Integrations). You can also revoke access via your Google account security (apps with account access).

We do not intend to collect data about visitors under 16, unless with parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have collected data about a minor without consent, contact info@socranext.ai and we will remove that information.

SocraNext processes your personal data for among other things:

• Creating an account
• Handling payments
• Sending newsletters and updates
• Phone or email contact to deliver our services
• Informing you about changes to services and products
• Delivering services and products
• Analysing website behaviour to improve our services
• Tracking browsing behaviour to tailor offers to preferences
• Showing Google Analytics and Search Console insights in your dashboard and AI agent, after your explicit OAuth connection
• Complying with legal obligations (for example tax filings).

SocraNext does make decisions based on automated processing that may affect individuals.

• Responsibility: SocraNext always remains responsible for these processes.
• Use: our systems automatically analyse websites, generate FAQ's, blogs and schema markup, and optimize findability with AI systems (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude).
• There is always human oversight and support from our team.

SocraNext does not keep personal data longer than necessary.

• Customer data (name/address, contact, billing): 7 years (legal retention duty).
• Usage data and log files: maximum 24 months, then anonymised.
• Newsletter and marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.
• Support and correspondence: maximum 2 years after last contact.

SocraNext shares personal data with third parties only when necessary to perform the agreement or based on a legal obligation. We always conclude a data processing agreement with processors.

We use cookies to improve our website. Via the cookie banner you can accept or refuse cookies. You can change your choice later via Cookie settings.

For verification we ask for a copy of your ID with BSN, photo and MRZ made unreadable. We respond within 4 weeks.
