Summary of the programme rules for the SocraNext affiliate programme. Have your accountant or lawyer review before promoting at scale. If these conflict with a written affiliate agreement, that agreement prevails.
1.Programme
The affiliate programme is a simple referral channel. Affiliates share a unique link. Customers stay with SocraNext.
This differs from the partner programme, where partners can manage customers and invoice themselves.
2.Commission
Commission is lifetime recurring on the list price of the active customer, by volume tiers:
- 15% for 1–10 active referrals
- 20% for 11–50 active referrals
- 25% for 51–100 active referrals
- 35% for 100+ active referrals
The current tier percentage applies across the full portfolio of active referrals. There is no double reward with partner kickback on the same customer.
3.Attribution
- Last-click attribution
- 90-day cookie
- Commission starts on the first successful paid invoice after trial
- Self-referrals and existing customers do not count
4.Payout
Payouts are monthly via self-billing, after a holding period and from a minimum of €50.
- Individuals receive the commission amount without VAT
- VAT-registered businesses can receive 21% VAT (to remitted by them); SocraNext books it as input tax
- No payroll tax: affiliates handle their own income tax
5.Self-billing
By participating you agree that SocraNext issues credit notes or self-billing documents in your name for commission payouts.
6.Allowed / prohibited
Allowed:
- Reviews, tutorials, newsletters, social and communities
- Clear disclosure that you are an affiliate
Prohibited:
- Brand bidding on SocraNext
- Self-referrals
- Coupon or deal sites
- Misleading claims or spam
- Brand name in domain or social handle
7.Termination
SocraNext may end participation in case of fraud or breach of these rules. Outstanding approved commissions are settled as planned, unless fraudulent.
